We will be having the first of our evenings when we go back to the beginners teachings and refresh our understanding of the basics. For the next 6 weeks we will be following the Introduction to Mindfulness course that is posted on the Insight Meditation Center website. Each week there are downloadable podcasts of talks by Gil Fronsdal and homework exercises.
