We will be slightly late to the party, but next Tuesday we will be reflecting on our practice with Gratitude. This is a short talk by Gil (less than 4 minutes) on practicing with Gratitude.
To celebrate Bodhi Day/Rohatsu we will be expanding our Saturday half-day sitting into Friday night, so come and celebrate Buddha’s enlightenment with us in silence, from 7pm to 9pm, and then come back for more on Saturday morning, 9am to 12:30pm.
Looking out even further, for the next back2basics Tuesday at the start of 2016 (January 5th) we will be continuing our run through the online Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course offered by IMC. In the second week of this course, we will be expanding our exploration of mindfulness of our physical bodies from the breath to the whole body so we can perhaps keep that in mind for the rest of this month.
