Saturday July 2nd and Tuesday, July 5th

We have two events in the next week. On Saturday, we are sitting and walking all morning: 9am to 12:30pm – alternating 30 minute periods. Come for some or all of the morning.

And then a few days later for our evening meeting, we will be discussing this section from Mindfulness in Plain English.

The schedule is:

6:00 – 6:30 sitting
6:30 – 7:15 discussion
7:15 – 7:30 sitting
