We have two events in the next week.
On Saturday, 9:30am to 11:00am, we will explore mindfulness of emotion with a focus on skillful responsiveness to fear. We intend to start with silent meditation followed by a brief dharma talk by Kathleen and then have a group discussion. We will end the morning with guided Metta.
And then a few days later for our evening meeting, we are having our regular sitting and walking week – the schedule is:
6:00 – 6:30 sitting
6:30 – 7:00 walking
7:00 – 7:30 sitting
